helpful staff

easy access to nearby geyser and fine waterfall views

my stay here was fantastic as it was less than a 5-minute walk to the geysers and about 5 minutes to Gullfoss, making it super convenient for sightseeing and I even got to see the northern lights from the hotel since I got up early to catch the view!

The location seemed unbeatable close to the Gulfoss waterfall. The breakfast with waffles and juices, as example was large, had so much to choose from.

Large and free breakfast to start the day with the croissants which were excellent and fabulous views. Stunning location by nature with views to a valley and mountains. And short walk to Really close to Geyser waterfall, the restaurant too and touring other stops along golden circle.

helpful staff

This hotel is nice, and has great amenities like free wi-fi, a cozy bar, and excellent dining options. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with directions. Highly recommend the lava cake! I'm coming back for a business trip.

The fresh produce served in the restaurant stood out . The kettle and fridge in the room increased our comfort while enjoying the nice views.

The service felt a bit slow during breakfast.

pleasant atmosphere

Gullfoss is super close. The double room was cozy and had complimentary bottled water, a nice touch. The surrounding area is beautiful for a light walk, too. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job keeping everything tidy.
